       本機(jī)組主要由主機(jī)、供風(fēng)，排風(fēng)、供噴液系統(tǒng)組成。轉(zhuǎn)速通過變頻器進(jìn)行無級變速，供風(fēng)經(jīng)過三級凈化，排風(fēng)通過過濾，噴液使用高霧化噴槍。風(fēng)溫、片溫、液溫可調(diào)可控，整個包衣過程都在密閉空間進(jìn)行，具有無污染、易清洗維護(hù)保養(yǎng)、造價低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

用途
       BGC全封閉包衣機(jī)可用于中西藥、片劑、丸劑、微丸、水丸、滴丸、顆粒制丸等包制糖衣、有機(jī)薄膜衣、水溶薄膜衣和緩釋、控釋包衣。符合GMP要求的機(jī)電一體化設(shè)備。是我公司在國內(nèi)獨(dú)立研制、開發(fā)成功的荸薺式包衣機(jī)改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品。
