一、用途說明

1、本機(jī)型是根據(jù)ZL-250A旋轉(zhuǎn)式顆粒機(jī)的原理改進(jìn)后，專門針對小型制劑及實(shí)驗(yàn)室而生產(chǎn)的。

2、本機(jī)是由擺線針輪減速機(jī)帶動(dòng)十字碾刀旋轉(zhuǎn)的機(jī)型，它適用于中藥制劑，麥芽乳品，固體飲料的制粒，更合適對于壓片機(jī)壓片后不規(guī)矩的片劑粉碎，達(dá)到重新壓片的小顆粒。

3、它不適合于半固體、漿狀或有強(qiáng)粘性物料的制粒。

4、該機(jī)與物料接觸部件，全部采用不銹鋼制成，外表不銹鋼板封閉，保持清潔保養(yǎng)方便。

二、結(jié)構(gòu)特征

1、本機(jī)上部為制粒部份，它主要有十字碾刀、篩筒、防塵罩等主成。各種部件全部采用不銹鋼制成。

2、本機(jī)下部為傳動(dòng)部分，主要有電機(jī)、擺線針輪減速機(jī)、磁力啟動(dòng)器及按鈕開關(guān)等主成。本機(jī)器操作簡單，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，清洗方便，不會(huì)混藥，藥物不受污染。

3、隨機(jī)配帶篩筒一只，規(guī)格有￠1.5-￠1.8毫米。如要特殊規(guī)格，可以另外重購篩筒。
